Privacy Policy — Zunoki Showroom

Zunoki Showroom is software used by a business's own staff to show products to

customers.

Who holds your data

Any record of your visit is held by the business using the app. That business

decides how long to keep it, and records are never shared between businesses.

That business also decides where it is kept. Where Zunoki holds it on their

behalf, we do so only on their instructions and never for our own purposes.

It remains their record to correct or delete.

What the app uses

• Camera — to show the product. Images are not stored.
• Microphone — only when you choose to speak. Your recording is used to

turn what you said into text and is then deleted. A small number of

recordings may be held for up to 14 days where they are needed to diagnose a

fault.

• Your question and the reply — kept by the business as a record of the

conversation.

• Contact details — only if you offer them, and only with your agreement.

The app requests no location, no contacts and no access to your files.

How it is protected

Information sent over the internet is encrypted. Inside a business's own

premises the app may talk to that business's equipment over their private

network, which they control.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build a profile of you

across businesses.

Your choices

The app can be used without speaking, without the camera, and without giving

contact details.

To ask what a business holds about you, or to have it deleted, contact that

business — they hold the record and can remove it. If you cannot reach them,

write to teamzunoki@zunoki.com and we will help them action it.

Children

This app is for business use and is not directed at children.
